Lunes en la estacada

La de hoy es la típica entrada puramente testimonial después de un lunes de locura en el que el campus universitario ya ha recuperado su plena normalidad, con decenas de miles de estudiantes arruinando la tranquilidad estival, saturando los servicios y molestando a mis amigos felinos que holgazanean en el cesped todo lo que pueden y más. Menuda desfachatez, acudir a la universidad en busca de educación y de labrarse un futuro con precios de matrícula por las nubes y cada vez menos becas. En lo que nos hemos quedado, como diría aquel... Los tiempos de este mes se me van a estrechar considerablemente debido a la recuperación de la jornada a tiempo completo, al tiempo que vengo dedicando a sudar mientras recupero clásicos de juventud -Desmadre a la americana, Desafío total, La revancha de los novatos, Robocop, Blues Brothers, Traición sin límite...- y a la asistencia a un curso de formación que por lo menos espero me permita acreditar mi experiencia laboral de más de un lustro manejando el fotochó. Uno podría decir que no tiene tiempo para más, pero en maldita hora decidí ponerme al día con los libros de Canción de Hielo y Fuego. Más de 1500 páginas llevo metidas entre pecho y autobús, a falta de las 300 últimas que me conducirán al final de Tormenta de Espadas y a un descanso de una lectura sufrida, adictiva y en la que el lector que gusta identificarse con los personajes que lee sufre una desgracia tras otra como si fuera en sus propias carnes.

Prosiguiendo con el testimonio, de forma sucinta, y dado que este año de nuevo, con todo el dolor de nuestro corazoncito friki -y aquí no hablo en plurar mayestático sino en mi nombre y en el de mi señora, miss Sparks-, faltaremos por segundo año consecutivo a la cita por antonomasia de las jornadas comiqueras españolas, las que se celebrarán en Avilés a lo largo de los próximos días y de las que les hablará como suele ser costumbre y norma de este blog, no sólo de los invitados, cartel y programación de este año, sino dedicando una sección de commissions a alguno de dichos autores invitados y si me animo, recuperando un album fotográfico que recuerde otros Avileses pasados, que fueron mejores por el simple hecho de que pudimos estar en ellos y sentirnos por un momento parte de la magia y de la familia asturiana.

Y termino ya con una cancioncilla festiva, festivalera, eufórica y alegre, un clásico de las fiestas gamberras que ya ha aparecido por aquí en alguna ocasión pero que siempre apetece rememorar y escuchar con una sonrisa en los labios y un tembleque incontenible en los pies. Lo único que me queda decir al respecto, aparte de que vuelvan cuando gusten, y de que tengan mucho cuidado ahí fuera, es ¡¡¡¡SHOUT!!!!
